These terms apply to anyone using quantumvector.org. The site is run by Quantum Vector, an AI studio operated by Alexis Benitez as a sole trader in New Zealand. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using the site

You can browse the site, read its content and get in touch through its forms, chat and email links.
Please do not misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping that puts load on it, no submitting false information or content that is unlawful or harmful.
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

General information, not advice

Everything on the site, including articles, courses, news summaries and answers from the chat assistant, is general information. It is not legal, financial, technical or professional advice for your situation. Check anything important with a qualified adviser before you act on it. The chat assistant uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, logos, code and other material on the site belong to Quantum Vector or are used with permission. You may view and share links to it for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish or sell it without written permission. Names and logos of clients and other companies belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

The site links to websites and services run by other people, such as client sites and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Enquiries and projects

Sending an enquiry, filling in a form, booking a call or chatting with the assistant does not create a contract or an obligation for either side. Any project is covered by its own written agreement or proposal, which sets out the scope, price and timing. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always online. As far as New Zealand law allows, Quantum Vector is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
