Privacy Policy

Quantum Vector is an AI systems studio based in New Zealand. This policy explains what data we handle, what we use it for, and what you can ask us to do about it at any time. It covers quantumvector.org and the applications we operate, including our multichannel messaging platform.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you write to us on WhatsApp, Instagram Direct or Messenger, we store the message content, the date and time, and the identifier the platform gives us (for example your Instagram or Messenger user ID). If your profile is public, we also store your username or display name.
- Contact details you give us. Name, email address, phone number or company, when you type them into a form or share them in a conversation.
- Account data. If you sign in to one of our tools, your email address and the login provider you used.
We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect information about people who have not contacted us.
What we use it for
- Answering your enquiries and following up on them.
- Bringing conversations from different channels into one place, so nothing gets lost and we do not ask you the same thing twice.
- Preparing draft replies with the help of artificial intelligence. A person reviews and approves every reply before it is sent.
- Meeting legal and accounting obligations where they apply.
We do not use your messages for advertising and we do not sell them to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need for the service to work, and only for that purpose:
- Supabase, where conversations are stored.
- Netlify, which hosts our applications.
- Anthropic, which processes the text to draft suggested replies.
- Meta and Google, when your message arrives through their platforms or you sign in with them.
We do not pass your data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
Cookies and analytics
quantumvector.org uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how people find the site. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept in the cookie notice; until then, and if you choose Reject, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode that stores nothing on your device. We do not use advertising cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it at any time by clearing this site's data.
How long we keep it
We keep conversations while there is an active commercial relationship or an open enquiry, and for up to 24 months after the last contact. After that they are deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. Write to alexis@quantumvector.org and we will respond within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
Data deletion. To have us delete all information linked to your Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp profile, send an email to alexis@quantumvector.org with the subject Delete my data, telling us the username or phone number you wrote to us from. We confirm the deletion through the same channel.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored in databases with restricted access. Only Quantum Vector staff handling the conversations can see it.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and people over 18. We do not knowingly seek or collect data from minors.
Changes
If we update this policy we change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so through the channels where we are already in touch with you.
